q.01 What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That is exactly what the discovery call is for. Bring the problem, not the specification. We will ask enough questions to shape it into two or three concrete options, each with a rough cost and timeline, and send them back in writing.
q.02 How much does a project cost?
Costs vary based on the size and complexity of the work, so every project is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before you commit. We aim to stay highly competitive and accessible to small business budgets, with no hourly bills and no ongoing retainer required. If you'd prefer us to host and look after your site or systems rather than manage them yourself, a small ongoing subscription may apply to cover hosting and upkeep.
q.03 How long does it take?
Two to six weeks from signed scope to handover for most projects. Larger builds are broken into phases with a delivery target for each, so you'll always know what's landing next.
q.04 What if you're too busy to start soon?
If we can't start within four weeks of a signed scope, we'll tell you on the discovery call and give you a realistic start date instead of a placeholder.
q.05 Do I own the code, configuration, and accounts?
Yes, always. Every project finishes with documentation, credentials, and the ability to walk away without lock-in. Cloud accounts are set up in your name from day one, not ours.
